Hey now, a little hand-washed love never hurt anyone. We encourage elbow grease over the ease of the dishwasher whenever possible, but we do have a few items that can take the whirl in the automated bath. Please check the individual product page of the item you’re interested in for care instructions.

Metal tools will take the non-stick coatings to hell in a handbasket - real quick. Yep, pun intended. We recommend high-grade silicone, heat-resistant plastic or grandma’s good ol’ fashion wooden tools instead.
Hell’s Kitchen Store will replace any item found defective in materials or workmanship when put to normal household use and cared for according to the instructions within one year of the date of proof of purchase. Minor imperfections, surface markings as a result of shipping, and slight color variations are normal. This warranty excludes damage from misuse or abuse, such as improper cleaning, neglect, accident, alteration, fire, theft, or use in a commercial establishment. If you believe you have a defective product, please complete the Warranty Claim Form available online at hellskitchenstore.com/warranty and follow instructions for returning your item to Hell’s Kitchen Store or your place of purchase. The item will be replaced with a comparable item, if the exact item is not available. Holds no cash value. Customer is responsible for shipping.
